This User Agreement sets out the commitments you make as a registered user of www.bigbeesec.com, operated by BigBeeSec, a unit of Geethanjali Technologies. It supplements the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Responsible Disclosure Policy. By registering, you accept this Agreement together with the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, and your acceptance is recorded with a timestamp and IP address.
1. Your account
You agree to register with accurate information, to use a verified institutional email where required, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for activity under your account. One person, one account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
2. Learning in good faith
BigBeeSec teaches real cybersecurity skills. You agree to use them only lawfully and with authorisation. You will not use the Platform, its labs, or its materials to attempt access to or disruption of any system you are not clearly authorised to test. You understand that unauthorised activity can carry civil and criminal liability.
3. Community conduct
You agree to treat instructors, staff, and other learners with respect, to keep comments and submissions lawful and non-abusive, and to follow moderation decisions. Content that is harassing, infringing, deceptive, or unlawful may be removed and may lead to suspension.
4. Confidentiality
Course materials, lab scenarios, and any non-public information you receive are confidential. You agree not to share, publish, or redistribute them outside the Platform. Where your institution or role requires a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement, that NDA also applies.
5. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of content you create, and grant BigBeeSec the licence described in the Terms of Service to operate the Platform. You will not copy or resell BigBeeSec content.
6. Consent and communications
You consent to receive transactional and service messages necessary to operate your account, including verification codes and security notices, as described in the Anti-Spam and Communications Policy. Marketing messages, where sent, are optional and you can opt out.
7. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update this Agreement and will notify you of material changes. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, as set out in the Terms of Service. You may close your account at any time.
8. Acknowledgement
By accepting this Agreement you confirm that you have read and understood it, the Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy.
