Grievance Officer Notice

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, BigBeeSec, a unit of Geethanjali Technologies, has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints from users of www.bigbeesec.com.

What you can raise

You may contact the Grievance Officer about:

  • exercise of your rights over personal data (access, correction, erasure, nomination, withdrawal of consent);
  • content you believe violates our policies or the law;
  • privacy or security concerns; or
  • any complaint about your use of the Platform.

Timelines

We will acknowledge a grievance within 24 to 72 hours of receipt and resolve it within the period required by law, ordinarily within 15 days for content complaints and within the statutory period for data-protection requests. Some requests may require identity verification before we act.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India for data-protection matters, or to the appropriate authority for other matters.
