Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans on www.bigbeesec.com, operated by BigBeeSec, a unit of Geethanjali Technologies. Most access is arranged through institutions; where an institution purchases on behalf of students, the institution's agreement governs and this policy applies to direct purchases.

1. Plans and pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include or exclude taxes as stated at checkout. The features of each plan are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise.

3. Refunds

  • Subscriptions: you may request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase if you have not substantially consumed the service, for example by completing a significant portion of a course. After that window, fees for the current period are generally non-refundable.
  • One-time purchases: refundable within 7 days only if the content has not been substantially accessed.
  • Institutional and bulk purchases: governed by the relevant written agreement.

We do not refund partially used periods except where required by law.

4. How to request

Email billing@bigbeesec.com with your account details and reason. We aim to process approved refunds within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Timelines for the amount to appear depend on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exceptions

Refunds are not available where access was obtained through misuse, where a free trial or promotional credit was used, or where a chargeback has already been raised for the same transaction. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
