Student Non-Disclosure Agreement

This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is between BigBeeSec, a unit of Geethanjali Technologies ("BigBeeSec"), and the student who accepts it ("you"). By accepting, you agree to keep BigBeeSec's confidential information private. Your acceptance is recorded with your name, the date, and your IP address.

1. Confidential information

"Confidential information" means non-public information you receive through BigBeeSec, including course materials, lab scenarios and solutions, exploit code and techniques provided for training, assessment content, instructor materials, vulnerability details disclosed in class, and any information marked or reasonably understood to be confidential.

2. Your obligations

You agree to:

  • use confidential information only for your own learning on the Platform;
  • not copy, publish, post, stream, resell, or share it outside the Platform, including in public repositories, forums, or social media;
  • not use vulnerability details or techniques to harm any third party; and
  • protect it with at least reasonable care.

3. Exclusions

Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes public through no fault of yours, that you already lawfully knew, or that you independently develop without using BigBeeSec's information.

4. Term and survival

This Agreement applies while you use the Platform and your confidentiality obligations continue for 3 years after your access ends, and indefinitely for any trade secret for as long as it remains a trade secret.

5. Consequences

Breach may lead to suspension or termination, loss of certifications, notification of your institution, and legal action. You acknowledge that a breach may cause harm for which monetary damages alone are inadequate, and that BigBeeSec may seek injunctive relief.

6. General

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and is in addition to the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the User Agreement.
