GDPR Addendum

This Addendum applies to individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom and supplements the Privacy Policy of BigBeeSec, a unit of Geethanjali Technologies. Where this Addendum conflicts with the Privacy Policy for these users, this Addendum prevails.

1. Controller

For personal data we process for our own purposes, Geethanjali Technologies is the controller. Contact details are in the Privacy Policy and the Grievance Officer Notice. If we are required to appoint an EU or UK representative, the appointment will be published here.

2. Legal bases

We process personal data under one or more of: performance of a contract (operating your account), legitimate interests (securing the Platform and preventing abuse), consent (for non-essential cookies and optional marketing), and legal obligation. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we balance them against your rights.

3. Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right not to be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. You may withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us as in the Privacy Policy. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

4. International transfers

We are based in India. Where we transfer EEA or UK personal data outside those areas, we use an appropriate safeguard, such as the European Commission standard contractual clauses and the UK international data transfer addendum, together with supplementary measures where needed.

5. Retention

We keep personal data per the Data Retention Policy and only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
