CCPA and CPRA Addendum

This Addendum applies to California residents and supplements the Privacy Policy of BigBeeSec, a unit of Geethanjali Technologies, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act.

1. Categories of personal information

In the past twelve months we may have collected: identifiers (name, institutional email, IP address), education and account information, audiovisual information (profile photo), and internet activity (usage data). We collect these for the business purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

2. No sale or sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done so in the past twelve months. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.

3. Your rights

As a California resident you have the right to:

  • know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected;
  • request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;
  • limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use such information only as permitted without a separate right to limit); and
  • not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.

4. How to exercise

Submit a request as described in the Privacy Policy or to privacy@bigbeesec.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the timelines required by law. You may use an authorised agent. There is no charge for a valid request unless it is excessive or repetitive.

5. Retention

We retain personal information per the Data Retention Policy, for no longer than reasonably necessary for each purpose.
