Anti-Spam and Communications Policy
This policy explains how BigBeeSec, a unit of Geethanjali Technologies, sends messages to users of www.bigbeesec.com and how we keep our communications wanted and lawful.
1. Outbound only
Our messaging is outbound only. We send from a no-reply address and direct support questions to our support channel. We do not monitor replies to automated mail; use the support route for help.
2. Types of messages
- Transactional and service messages: account verification, one-time passcodes, security notices, ticket updates, and other messages necessary to operate your account. These are sent on the basis of providing the service and are not optional while you hold an account.
- Marketing messages, where sent, are optional. We send them only with consent where required, and every marketing message includes a clear way to opt out.
3. OTP and SMS
One-time passcodes are sent by SMS or email for authentication. Standard carrier charges may apply. We never ask you to share an OTP with anyone, and our staff will never request it.
4. No spam, no sale of contacts
We do not sell or rent contact lists, and we do not send unsolicited bulk marketing. Email footers identify us and provide our contact details, consistent with the Privacy Policy.
5. Reporting
If you receive a message that appears to misuse the BigBeeSec name, report it to abuse@bigbeesec.com.
